BrandSafe AI Data & Privacy Policy

This Data & Privacy Policy applies specifically to the BrandSafe AI Diagnostic Tool (“BrandSafe AI”, “the Tool”), operated by Sauce Communications, trading as Sauce Foundations (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Purpose of the BrandSafe AI Diagnostic Tool

BrandSafe AI is designed to help businesses assess how they are currently using artificial intelligence (AI) and identify potential risks, gaps and opportunities related to brand, reputation and communication.

The Tool provides general guidance and insights only. It does not provide professional, legal, strategic or technical advice.

2. Personal Information Collected Through BrandSafe AI

When you complete the BrandSafe AI diagnostic, we may collect:

  • Business name

  • Job title or role

  • Responses to diagnostic questions

  • Any additional information you choose to provide

Your responses may include information about your business practices, tools, workflows or decision-making processes.

We may also collect limited technical information (for example, IP address, device/browser information, and usage analytics) through our website hosting and analytics providers. This information is used to operate the Tool, improve performance, and maintain security.

3. How We Use Diagnostic Data

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information collected through BrandSafe AI from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We may update this policy as BrandSafe AI evolves. The most current version will be available via the Sauce Foundations website.
