6.1 Pricing and payment 

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

  

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.  

 

6.2 Subscriptions 

Where you purchase a subscription:

• Fees are charged in advance on the billing cycle disclosed at purchase 

• Subscriptions may be renewed automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date 

• Access continues only while payments remain current 

• You may cancel a subscription at any time via your account settings or by written notice to us, effective at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel before the next renewal date, no further subscription fees will be charged. 

• For any subscription term longer than one month, we will provide a reminder notice of the upcoming renewal (e.g. via email) before the renewal date, where reasonably practicable. 

 

6.3 Refunds 

Digital products, downloads and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access is provided, except where a refund or other remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. 

7.1 Ownership 

All content on this website, including text, graphics, templates, frameworks, videos, downloads and branding is owned by or licensed to Sauce Foundations and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 

 

7.2 Permitted use 

You may:

• Download resources for your own business or personal internal use 

• Use templates and tools within your organisation 

 

7.3 Prohibited use 

You must not:  

​

• Share, sell, distribute or reproduce content externally 

• Republish content online or in print 

• Use materials for commercial resale, training or redistribution 

• Remove branding, copyright notices or attribution

Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.  

The following organisations may link to this website without prior written approval:

• Government agencies; 

• Search engines; 

• News organisations; 

• Online directory distributors may link to this website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the websites of other listed businesses; and 

• System wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organisations, charity shopping malls and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to this website.
