YOUR EVENT COACH, READY TO ROLL
WHAT IS IT?
If you’re putting on an event but event planning isn’t your day job, you’re in the right place. Your Event Coach gives you practical, short-term support from Sauce’s expert events team to help you get organised, get clear and feel confident heading into delivery mode (or as we like to call it, the final sprint!).
Through half-day or full-day working sessions, your dedicated Event Coach can help with everything from choosing the right ticketing platform to understanding when you need a risk assessment or traffic management plan. We’ll also share the must-have tools, templates and supplier recommendations and all those little details that are easy to miss but make a big difference on event day.
You’re in the right spot if you’re:
-
Planning an event without a dedicated (or qualified) event team member in your corner
-
Juggling events alongside everything else life is throwing your way
-
Don’t run events often (and want to nail it!)
-
Don’t know where to start with suppliers, venues, theming or merch
-
Running a public event and you’re not sure about regulations, insurance or compliance
-
Wanting expert eyes on things before you lock in the big (slightly scary) decisions… like budget
-
After someone to sense-check your plans, timelines or logistics
-
Looking for run sheet templates, checklists and resources to help plan your event
This probably isn't the right fit if you are:
-
Looking for full event management or to outsource the whole thing from day one (note: we can help with that! It just lives outside this package. Send us a note and we’ll map it out properly for you)
-
Already deep in delivery mode with most items confirmed
-
Already have an internal events team or dedicated, professional event staff in place
What you'll leave with:
-
Crystal clear event priorities and next steps
-
More confidence in your plans, timelines and decision-making
-
Practical, tailored advice aligned to your event goals, audience, location and resources
-
A clearer understanding of potential risks, gaps and considerations before you proceed
-
Stronger structure around logistics and planning
-
Useful planning tools, templates and resources where relevant (including budget trackers, run sheets, risk checklists and supplier contacts)
-
Practical budgeting guidance and considerations (where relevant)
-
A calmer, more in-control approach to delivering your event successfully
-
All your burning questions, answered!
